Packaging EPR Compliance
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a reform of the old UK Packaging Waste Regulations. It is a new piece of legislation which introduces greater responsibility onto producers for supplying packaging material on the market. If you exceed £1 million turnover and handle over 25 tonnes of packaging a year, you may be obligated!
Batteries Compliance
The Waste Battery and Accumulator Regulations 2009 set out the requirements for waste battery collection, treatment, recycling and disposal for all battery types. The regulations affect producers, battery distributors (retailers), waste battery collectors, recyclers, and exporters.
WEEE Compliance
The WEEE Regulations bring into UK law provisions of the EU WEEE Directive which was introduced with the aim of diverting electrical waste from landfill, placing the onus on producers to be responsible for the electrical items they sell when they become waste. If you place electrical items onto the UK market, you may be obligated.
Data Management
Beyondly's comprehensive, bespoke data management service is more than 10 years established, enabling companies obligated under the packaging waste regulations, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), to save resource and ensure an accurate data submission to the regulator.
Energy Savings Opportuniy Scheme (ESOS)
The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) is a mandatory energy assessment for large UK organisations, which requires them to undertake energy audits and report this back to the Environment Agency. The ultimate aim of ESOS is to support companies in finding new way to save and reduce their energy usage.
Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR)
Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) was introduced in 2019, as legislation to replace the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) Scheme. It was implemented to improve visibility of carbon reporting and encourage energy efficiency in businesses, providing both economic and environmental benefits, supporting companies reduce their costs and improve efficiencies.
