Prior to EPR, Environment Agency registration fees remained static for several years. The increase in registration fees under EPR reflects both the change in our economic climate and the increased complexity of data reporting requirements and associated Environment Agency compliance monitoring activities in relation to registration, reporting and recycling obligations.
Registration fees are passed on at cost by Beyondly at the point of our members’ registration with the Environment Agency. For the 2025 compliance year, the registration date is 1 April 2025 for both large and small organisations. In subsequent compliance years, the registration date is 1 October for large organisations and 1 April for small organisations.
