We are very proud of the recognition of winning the 'Best Place to Work' Award having been shortlisted alongside the likes of Microsoft. This award demonstrates our business ethos of recognising that our employees are our business and creating a stimulating working environment will enable them to achieve great things, as well as deliver numerous organisational benefits.
To also take home the overall winner of the awards is amazing, something we are extremely proud of. A true reflection of the outstanding work we do at Beyondly for our staff and members alike.
In response to this awards success, Our HR & Operational Director Jessica Aldersley said: "I am absolutely over the moon to receive this recognition especially when there were other companies such as Microsoft in the same category, it is such an achievement for us. We always go the extra mile and create such a stimulating work environment allowing our staff, who are our business, to achieve amazing things. We feel very lucky to have such an engaged and high performing team and each and every one of the team at Beyondly contributes to making it a wonderful place to work!"

We thrilled to reveal our fourth awards finalist achievement this year to date, which is for two categories in the International Business Excellence Awards 2020 – Best Place to Work and Wellbeing & Health
The International Business Excellence Awards, or IBXA, recognises long-term sustainable profitability achieved through the practice of excellence, which occurs across a broad range of disciplines. Together, these define the modern business agenda. The 2020 IBXA promises to be a memorable celebration of the outstanding work done by businesses worldwide.
The IBXA take many thorough steps to ensure fairness throughout the judging process as this is paramount to the credibility of any awards programme. These steps include, at least 5 fully certified judges for every awards category, winners are decided based on scores from written entries and live presentations, and each entry is assessed by independent judges for at least 7.5 hours.
Beyondly are shortlisted for the Best Place to Work category, as well as Wellbeing and Health. The first is for companies who excel at attracting and retaining staff, as well as who have created a rewarding, engaging and supportive network where employees feel trusted and valued. The Wellbeing and Health category recognises businesses that promote health and general well-being at work in a serious and responsible manner. With growing awareness of the negative impacts of stress in the workplace, judges will look for evidence of positive action towards stress management and innovative initiatives to promote well-being and reduce stress.
Both categories are an ideal fit for Beyondly, in line with our business ethos of recognising that our employees are our business and creating a stimulating working environment will enable them to achieve great things, as well as deliver numerous organisational benefits. In addition, our long-standing, extensive and successful health and wellbeing scheme which offers a host of benefits to staff and has had a positive impact on multiple areas, including staff turnover and sickness absence, could not be more apt for the latter category and we’re very honoured to be shortlisted alongside Microsoft for both aforementioned categories.
The awards finals and ceremony will be premiered live as a virtual event on 30 November 2020.
