To provide high quality administrative support in the delivery of Beyondly’s packaging compliance data management services, with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
To be the face of the WEEE & Batteries compliance team, delivering a high level of customer service to existing customers and ensuring a positive retention record. To understand the needs and requirements of compliance customers to ensure compliance legislative obligations are met.
To be the driving force in the delivery and growth of resilient and adaptable data management services, maximising efficiencies for continuous improvement and a positive customer experience. To foster the development of a highly motivated and skilled data team that are well-positioned to meet customer needs.
To be an integral part of the packaging data team, coordinating the management of the day-to-day workload and ensuring completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
To line manage the data team and be a primary point of support to the data team and data services customers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of work and a positive customer experience.
To be the face of the packaging data services team delivering a high level of customer service to existing customers, ensuring a positive retention record is maintained and opportunities are maximised.
To build strong, long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with customers through the proactive understanding of their needs and requirements, working collaboratively with the packaging data team to support with customers’ packaging data and legislative obligations.
